Olethros training

A description of my training efforts in swimming, fell/track/trail running, biking, cross-country skiing and other sports, combined with my strength training. My aims: a) Improve my 5K time (on a track) to under 20min b) be able to complete a quarter-distance Iron-Man c) Climb 500meters in under 50 min.

Current speed

Almost a year, a 10km mountain race, and a few injuries later:

5k: 22min
400m: 1:20
100m: 0:15
